Originally, my blogs were meant to be a record of our travels in the fifth wheel. After they were written, I complied them into book form for my Mom who was not computer savvy. After Mom's passing in October 2012, while cleaning out her home, I came across her copies of my " blog books". Later on I re read some of the entries to granddaughter Madison. Many times she commented " I never said that! I never did that!" Oh sweet child I documented it all and yes you said it and did it. Such wonderful memories. My grammar isn't perfect, I may seem scattered at times, sometimes I post after a few cocktails, but hopefully I am providing a fun record of our lives to my grandkids and future generations. Maybe future generations will just say "Great-great great Grandma Kathy was weird". I consider that a compliment.
That being said, the title of the 2021-2022 Blog is "The Best of Both Worlds" That is of course a reference to our lifestyle, for which I am most grateful. Winter in sunny Southern California, and Summer in the beautiful Pacific NW. The URL to access the blog will be pushingseventy.blogspot.com Jack and I will turn 70 in 2022. I can't speak for him, but I have begun to accept the realization that my remaining time on this earth and in this form might be limited to 10-15-20 years? That's okay cuz life is good, I'm gonna have fun, and I hope you enjoy the blog. I'm not allowing comments cuz I don't want my blog to become another Facebook. PM me if you're super offended. LOL
